I’m Jeremy Pearson, founder of Scout Realty Solutions LLC and a Private Money Broker based in Houston, Texas. Everything I have done since leaving the Army has been driven by one thing. Helping people. Not as a slogan. Not as a marketing line. As a genuine, daily commitment to making things better for the people around me.
I served as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army, 1st Platoon, B Troop, 1-7 CAV. That experience shaped everything. It taught me that the person next to you is counting on you to do your job right, and that accountability is not optional. You show up. You do the work. You take care of your people.
After the Army I spent over 17 years in the oil and gas industry, working my way up to Senior Health and Safety Specialist and Turnaround Coordinator at one of the largest refineries in the country. Every single day in that role was about one thing. Making sure everyone went home safe. The details mattered because people’s lives depended on them. That mindset never leaves you.
I built Scout Realty Solutions because I kept seeing real estate investors with solid deals getting shut out or slowed down by a system that wasn’t built for them. Private money changes that. It moves faster, qualifies differently, and gives investors a real path forward. My job is to find the right capital for the right deal and help good people build the kind of wealth that changes their family’s future.

Outside of work, it all comes back to family. I’m married to the love of my life, the father of incredible kids, and a proud grandfather. They are my why. Every single day.
