My story
Someone who genuinely cares about the deal and the person behind it.
I am Jeremy Pearson, founder of Scout Realty Solutions LLC and a Private Money Broker based in Houston, Texas. Everything I have done since leaving the Army has been driven by one thing: helping people. Not as a slogan. Not as a marketing line. As a genuine, daily commitment to making things better for the people around me.
I served as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army, 1st Platoon, B Troop, 1-7 CAV. That experience shaped everything. It taught me that the person next to you is counting on you to do your job right, and that accountability is not optional. You show up. You do the work. You take care of your people.
After the Army I spent over 17 years in the oil and gas industry, working my way up to Senior Health and Safety Specialist and Turnaround Coordinator at one of the largest refineries in the country. Every single day in that role was about making sure everyone went home safe. The details mattered because people’s lives depended on them. That mindset never leaves you.
I built Scout Realty Solutions LLC to help real estate investors prepare financing scenarios and connect with private lenders. Availability and terms depend on the investment property and lender review.
