This Privacy Policy describes information collected through https://scoutrealtysolutions.com and related inquiries and communications with Scout Realty Solutions LLC, Houston, Texas. Scout Realty Solutions LLC is a private money broker for business-purpose investment properties only, not a lender. Homesteads, personal residences, and personal-use loans are not eligible.

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, and investment-project details. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include property type, estimated value or purchase price, requested financing amount, rental income, renovation or construction budget, credit-score range, timeline, appointment details, and notes. We also process the communication preferences and consent choices you provide, along with related inquiry and communication records.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive documents through initial website forms or ordinary email. A later lender application may require additional information through a separate process.
